In 1981, Jappie Stuiver added an egg packing station to his poultry farm and secured a number of regional supermarkets as the most important buyers of his eggs. In 1992, he expanded his activities with egg breaking and supplying the eggs’ contents to bakers. Once his sons Johan and Rolf joined the business, Frisian egg BV became a company in which millions of eggs are broken and separated weekly, with a focus on supplying liquid egg products and egg powders.
